Cancellation Policy 


As a small business the effects of clients cancelling appointments last minute can be extremely detrimental. 

Appointment confirmations are sent at time of booking and reminders are sent out via email just over 48 hours in advance. 

Please be considerate and cancel with maximum notice when required. 


Salon Bookings


  • Deposits are required to secure all bookings

  • All deposits are deducted from final payment on day of treatment 

  • All deposits are non refundable however, can be transferred to a later date when bookings are rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice 

  • If 48 hours is not provided, deposit will be lost 



  • All bookings require a minimum of 48 hours notice for free cancellation 

  • If 48 hours is not provided, outstanding balance of booking will require full payment 

  • Future bookings will not be accepted on missed appointments until full payment has been received 

  • We reserve the right to cancel future bookings due to late arrival or no show 



  • All appointments can be rescheduled online when there is over 48 hours until booking date

  • Deposits will be transferred when appointments are rescheduled online with required notice 

Changing services at appointment 

  • If you decide on date of appointment you no longer require full services booked, you will still be liable to pay for full treatment
